Domain Purchase

It is the responsibility of buyer to read all information contained in the domain details section carefully prior to purchase. Sale is of the domain name only unless expressly stated otherwise.

Transfer of ownership of domains

The duration of a transfer of domain ownership will be contigent on the method of payment and whether the transfer is internal (a “push” to another account within the current domain registrar) or a transfer to another registrar. In general, domains will be pushed within 24 hours (of purchase and securing of payment) to the account of the new registrant (buyer) at the registrar of record. If the buyer wishes to transfer to another registrar then the domain should be unlocked within that same time frame with necessary authorization codes provided, so that buyer may initiate the transfer to his/her registrar of choice. A registrar transfer normally takes about 7 days to complete.

In order to guarantee the timely transfer of ownership the buyer must provide all necessary information accurately. Any incomplete information may result in an unnecessary delay.

Refunds and Disputes

Once a domains has been secured in the account of the buyer, under no circumstances shall a refund be issued.

Payment Plan

Payment plans are available on any domain name over $500. A down payment of 20% is required. Once an agreement is reached and the down payment is made, In Promotions will change the domain name’s whois information to reflect private. If privacy is not available, In Promotions will remain in WhoIs information. Any renewal fees will be paid by In Promotions until the financing agreement has been concluded.

After an agreement is reached on payment amounts and length, payments are expected to be paid on time. It is the sole responsibility of the domain buyer to make sure payments arrive on time. If payment is received 10 days late there will be a 5% penalty charge. If payment is received 30 days late the financing agreement is voided and any monies collected by In Promotions will be theirs.

Within 5 business days of final payment being made for the domain name the transfer to your account will be initiated. Upon completion of this transfer the domain name is now yours and any registration fees must be paid accordingly to the registrar.
